Peace of mind
We understand how important it is that you have peace of mind when booking a holiday. Regrettably, we have had to deal with various incidents during our lifetime - from volcanic ash and strikes to lost luggage and missed flights. As well as providing an emergency number available 24 hours a day 7 days a week in the UK, we provide all our clients with emergency numbers to contact in Africa. Rest assured that we have the experience and contacts to be there should you need us. And what of our finances you may ask? We are an ATOL protected, audited, growing company – latest financial statement.
We are a fully bonded tour operator which means that money paid to us is protected no matter what. The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.  Our ATOL number is 6607.
