Nyungwe Forest Lodge
Nyungwe Forest Lodge lies on the edge of Rwanda’s Nyungwe Rainforest National Park in the South west of the country and offers some stunning views of the rainforest canopy on one side and a tea-plantation on the other.

The Lodge is the first 5 star Luxury Lodge to be built in the Nyungwe National park and all the rooms are decorated in a modern but stylish manor whilst still maintaining traditional touches here and there. Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge
Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge is located in the North West of Rwanda in the foothills of the mighty Virunga’s, the chain of 15,000ft Volcanoes that stretch though Rwanda, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The lodge itself is found some 3 kilometres from the main entrance to the Parc National des Volcans and is a comfortable 2 hour drive away from central Kigali.

The views from the lodge are simply stunning with the towering Vicuna Volcanoes situated to the north and the sweeping agricultural lowlands to the south. The camp also gives one of the best views of “Sabyinyo” itself which is by far the most impressive of the 5 volcanoes visible from the site.

The lodge is a great destination for those looking for exclusivity. All of the rooms and suites are in separate cottages and all have been carefully positioned to allow guests to enjoy the breathtaking views. Virunga Lodge
Virunga Lodge is set on a hilltop with stunning views of the Virunga Volcanoes and the lakes Huhondo and Bulera. The lodge is around three hours drive from Kigali and an hour from the Uganda border. The position on a hilltop between two lakes is superb and provides the opportunity for some wonderful walking amongst the farms and villages of this very beautiful part of the world, in addition to the gorilla trekking.

Virunga Lodge has 360 degree breathtaking views, which makes this a wonderful place to stay in Parc National des Volcans. It is built in local syle from wood and stone, with clay tiled roofs and has a rustic and tranquil atmosphere. There are 8 individual cottages, each with private verandahs which have awe-inspiring views over the lakes and volcanoes. All rooms have wooden floors, chunky wooden furniture and large verandas. Each is connected by a short covered walkway to a private toilet and shower. The toilets are low-flushing eco toilets and the shower has solar heated hot water.

Virunga Lodge is a sociable place to be as everyone eats at one large table in the evening. Aside from gorilla-tracking, a local 'Indore' dance troupe perform here and massages are available. The cottages are built to be eco-friendly, with each lodge having been created to environmental standards with a private eco-friendly bathroom. The main lodge has open fire places in the lounge and dining room.Virunga Lodge is located 45 minutes from the Kinigi Park Headquarters.
