Mombo Camp, Luxury tailor-made holidays in Botswana

Mombo Camp is situated on Chiefs island in the heart of the Moremi game Reserve in the Okavango Delta and offers some of the best game viewing in Africa. The camp has six enormous tented rooms, raised off the ground with breathtaking views over the plains.

Each room has a large veranda, and the en-suite bathrooms are complete with indoor and outdoor showers. The lounge, dining area and swimming pool are connected to the rooms by a raised wooden walkway that allows the prolific game to wander freely through the camp, whilst keeping holiday guests at a safe distance.

The camp offers abundant big game viewing, arguably the best in Botswana, perhaps in Africa full stop. Lions are so dominant in this area it is not uncommon to see large prides on a regular basis.

Game viewing at Mombo is primarily on morning and afternoon game drives in open 4x4 vehicles. Little Mombo is Mombo's sister camp. It is located a stones throw from the main camp and is made up of only 3 luxury suites. Ideal for exclusive hire. Email us for details.
