"Hi Ali! The whole trip was absolutely brilliant ! We LOVED it ! The camping on the rim of the crater was a big hit - especially with the kids, the food was some of the best we had and the staff were amazing, so thank you for fixing that for us. It was great fun and a real experience. The balloon safari was definitely one of the highlights for all of us. We were lucky to have clear blue skies....and we saw a leopard ! which was a real bonus. The champagne reception and the full "English" breakfast was just unreal, so delicious, so chic and we just sat there watching a troup of baboon or some warthogs. It was wonderful. We really were in heaven. The trip itself just went like clockwork and the memory of it will stay with us for a long long time i'm sure so thank you for doing a great job."

"We had an absolutely magical time. Thank you to you and Imagine Africa for organising it all. Absolutely nothing went wrong! and even when flight times were changed, the bush telegraph seemed to work immaculately! Both camps were brilliant in all ways and both fantastic surprises in their very different ways. By the time we got to Ol Malu, we were ready for some action and loved the walking, riding, picnicking etc. The Francombes were wonderful hosts and Andrew, their son, really bonded with my guys, who will be heading back asap! All the people we met were so delightful and generally, if we could, we would repeat the whole experience hour for hour. With grateful thanks to all for making our holiday the most memorable and great experience."

"Dear Rose, just to say we had a brilliant time. Our safari was fantastic and we saw all the animals we'd hoped to see, including black rhinos, leopards and cheetahs. The resort (Ocean Paradise) in Zanzibar was spectacular and you'd have to be very picky to find fault. It's run by a super efficient German who was always on hand to make sure service was up to scratch (which it was). We did have a few rainy days for which the poor man felt personally responsible and went round apologising profusely to everyone! Our rooms were fabulous - extremely luxurious and well-situated. We had a connecting door between our rooms which worked very well. We also really enjoyed the food -I thought we'd get bored with the buffets, but there was a great selection and they tried hard with their themed evenings: Swahili, the Ocean etc. Normally, I can't bear that sort of thing, but here it worked well. All in all, a wonderful holiday and many thanks to you, Rose, for your terrific organisation and excellent ideas."
