South Africa Waterberg Family Safari

For added peace of mind for your family, Safari in the malaria-free Waterberg region of South Africa's Limpopo Province. Choose between Ant's Nest and Ant's Hill, very private bush homes on their own game reserves, giving you the chance to see some of the worlds best game.

You will be met and transferred (about 3 hours) to Ant's Hill, where you will spend the next seven nights, with all meals and local drinks included. Here you and your family can enjoy horse riding, game drives and game walks which are included.  Children of all ages can enjoy safaris at Ant's. They have a selection of ponies catering to both the novice and experienced rider.

Beginners will be led by a competent guide and riding lessons are also available. 
Here they have created specialised kids “bug” and “spoor” walks, although driving in an open 4 X 4 on game drives is always popular.

Both lodges have various facilities ideal for kids, such as the heated swimming pool, a trampoline, sand pits, a badminton & volley ball net with a selection of toys and books. Children are welcome to join their parents for dinner (but special suppers or meal times can also be arranged).
