ITINERARY

Day 1
Check in at the Kenya Airways desk at London Heathrow for your overnight flight to Nairobi.

Day 2 - 5
After early morning arrival into Jomo Kenyatta airport. You will be met and transferred to Wilson airport where you will depart on the Safari Link flight direct tot Nanyuki - on arrival you will transfer by light aircraft to Loisaba Cottage to stay for four nights, fully inclusive of all meals and game viewing activities.

Loisaba Cottage is a private house with two en suite bedrooms, a spacious lounge and gardens. You also get your own private chef, safari guide and 4x4 vehicle. A private cliff-top swimming pool has just been completed and you also have access to the main lodge's facilities which include a spa, tennis court and a wide array of other activities including horse riding, motorbikes and camel treks.

Day 2

Option

As an alternative to Loisaba Cottage, you could stay at Elsa's Private House, at Elsa's Kopje in Meru. Cost is £55 extra per person in total. Both are similar in terms of luxury and have good game viewing. Loisaba is the better option for activities, whilst Elsa's is one of the stand out lodges in Africa and has an incredible location.

Day 6-9
In the morning transfer by air from Loisaba to Nanyuki in time for the Safari Link flight departing for the Masai Mara.

On arrival at Musiara airstrip in the Mara, you will be met and transferred to Kichwa Tembo Bateleur Camp to stay for the next four nights with all meals, drinks and game viewing activities included.

For an early morning balloon safari over the Masai Mara - with a champagne breakfast in the bush when you land (cooked on the balloons burners), add £225 pp to the overall cost.

Day 10 - 13

Morning game viewing and lunch then transferred to the airstrip for your Mombasa Safari Air flight to Ukunda airstrip at Diani beach in Mombasa.

On arrival you will be met and transferred to Funzi Keys on the coast south of Diani. Stay for the next four nights with breakfast and dinner included.

Day 10 -13

Option

For four nights at Manda Bay Lodge - which is on Lamu Island further up the Kenya coast - cost is approx £55 per person more.

Day 14
Transfer back to Mombasa in time for the Kenya Airways flight departing for London.

This itinerary is available from £4,187 per person, including international and domestic flights and air taxes, accommodation on a shared basis, fully inclusive car hire, transfers, meals and activities as indicated.
