Porini Camp is located in the 15,000-acre Selenkay Conservation Area bordering Amboseli national park. The camp is set under a stand of yellow-barked acacia trees, and there are 6 spacious tents, with en-suite toilets and safari showers. The central area consists of a dining and lounge tent, both attractively furnished, with comfortable chairs and reference books.

 

Game viewing is done in Amboseli national park and within the conservation area, which is home to a number of cat species including civet, leopard and lion. Night drives and safari walks are also possible within the conservation area.

 

 

Porini Camp prices

From £133/£151 per person per night (low/high season).

 

Porini Camp prices include all meals and game viewing activities. Park fees cost $40 per person per day (£23).

 

Low season = 01 – 30 Jun, 01 Nov – 14 Dec

High season = rest of year
