A full English breakfast can then be taken in either the dining room or in the bush amongst the animals of the wild and spectacular scenery.
The morning’s activities could include walking on the plains above the lodge or the valleys below, camel riding, horseback riding or viewing the fabulous game from a safari vehicle.
A picnic lunch beside the Ewaso Nyiro River is often followed by an afternoon siesta, and the day is perfectly rounded off with a visit to the Samburu village to learn more about the culture and lives of this fascinating tribe.
The main lodge overlooks a much frequented waterhole and salt-lick and there is an attractive infinity swimming pool whose far edge appears to drop straight over the cliff edge into the valley below. A choice of early morning game walks with a hot bush breakfast, horse and camel expeditions, camping, and visits to a Samburu village ensure that there is as much or as little to do as one could possibly want out of their safari holiday.
