Located on the edge of the Laikipia Plateau with views stretching away to Mount Kenya, Loisaba is a private wildlife conservancy brimming with bird-life and big game
Loisaba safari lodge has 7 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private deck built into the escarpment. All the furniture is handmade and the lodge has a swimming pool and tennis court. There is also a two bedroom cottage available with a private garden and cliff-top swimming pool – perfect for honeymooners or families. A few miles from the main lodge are the celebrated Koija and Kiboko Star Beds. These are spacious cottages on a raised deck overlooking the Ewaso Nyiro River. Each has en-suite facilities and romantic four poster beds that are rolled out for a night under the stars!
In addition to night-time and day-time game drives and bush walks, the ranch has camels, horses and mountain bikes. At an additional cost, guests may also make use of Loisaba’s helicopter, micro-light or aeroplane to explore the wilderness from the air.

Loisaba main lodge and star-beds cost from £178/£229/£270 per adult sharing per night and £89/£115/£135 per child under 12 sharing with adults (low/mid/peak season).

Loisaba cottage costs from £432/£648/£729 per night for up 4 people – includes all meals and activities.
Low season = 16–30 March, 01–15 June, 01 – 20 December
Mid season = 04 January–15 March, 16 June–31 July, 01 September–31 October
Peak season = 21 December–03 January, 01–31 August
