Kicheche Mara Camp

Kicheche Camp is a seasonal bush camp in the traditional safari style, accommodating guests in 11 comfortable twin and double-bedded tents. Each tent is comfortably furnished with an en-suite bathroom consisting of a safari shower and flushing toilet. The majority of the tents at Kicheche camp are in private secluded positions overlooking the plains and nearby Aitong Hills, whilst others, designed to accommodate families or friends, are closer together.

Kicheche Camp has a lounge with comfortable seating, a library, board games, cards and local crafts. Delicious and healthy cuisine is prepared using fresh produce flown in regularly from Nairobi, and bread and pastries are baked on site. Meals Kicheche are eaten al-fresco whenever possible and pre and post dinner drinks are taken around the campfire - which becomes the focal point in the evenings.

Holiday activities at Kicheche Camp are tailored to individual guest's wishes, with morning and late afternoon game drives, picnic breakfasts, bush lunches, sundowners and escorted game walks all options.
