Offbeat Meru Camp
Offbeat Meru Camp is a twelve bed luxury camp is located just outside Meru National Park in Bisanadi National Reserve. Meru is one of Kenya’s most beautiful parks and is natural home to all the big five as well as extraordinarily varied birdlife. Acacia Tortillis Trees provide umbrellas of tranquil shade for the tents – all with private views of the crystal clear Bisanadi River.
Offbeat Meru Camp is small and exclusive, meaning that service is highly personal. The camp has six luxury tents, all with en suite shower rooms, flushing loos, huge beds and internal lighting.
Activities at Offbeat Meru Camp include day and night game drives, bush walks, visits to the local Boran Communities, bush breakfasts and sundowners. Alternatively guests can relax around the pool watching the game drink from the river below them.
Hearty Offbeat English breakfasts with home baked bread, lighter lunches and sumptuous four course dinners are prepared everyday with fresh produce. Informal dining is hosted in the mess tent or around the pool.
