Mufasa is available for yacht charters to the far corners of Lake Malawi. These Sailing Safaris are well planned itineraries taking in the most scenic places along the shores of the lake.

“Mufasa” is a 38 foot Maxim catamaran, designed by Alexander Simonis. She is powered by 2 x 27 hp Yanmar diesel engines and has a sail area of 85 square meters.

The yacht layout comprises of a saloon and galley with a comfortable cockpit under shade. “Mufasa” is a 10 berth yacht made up of 4 double and 2 single cabins. There are two bathrooms on board, as well as a hot water shower on the stern. The yacht is fully equipped for cruising, has category 1 blue water safety equipment and complies with North American safety standards. Fishing tackle masks and snorkels are on board and are available for guests use. Scuba diving excursions and are gear available by prior arrangement. .

The yacht is skippered and crewed by sailing professionals who will take care of the clients every need on board!
