This 3 part family itinerary is the perfect combination for a relaxing and tranquil holiday, but still with lots to do for the whole family.

Perfect for older children or teenagers, you will not see the big 5 on this African holiday but you will explore nearly deserted shorelines, snorkel in crystal clear waters, visit local villages & communities, take sunset cruises or for the more adventurous there is kayaking, fishing & diving also on offer. Day 1
Make your way to London Heathrow Airport to check in for your British Airways flight BA47 departing for Dar es Salaam at 19h20.
       
Day 2
On arrival at Dar es Salaam at 07h00 your family will be met by a representative from Ras Kutani and transferred by road to Ras Kutani. 
   
You will stay at Ras Kutani for the following 5 nights in the Family Cottage (double and twin room) with all meals included.  Ras Kutani is ideal for families with body boarding, snorkelling & kayaking from the shore, nature & village walks, wildlife viewing but above all relaxation.
   
Day 3
Late morning you will be transferred by road back to Dar es Salaam direct to the Movenpick Royal Palm Hotel where you will spend 1 night in a Junior Suite (with sofa bed) including breakfast.

Day 4   
Late morning you will be transferred to the Dar es Salaam airport for your Kenya Airways flight KQ483 departing Dar es Salaam for Nairobi at 15h00.
   
On arrival into Nairobi JKIA Airport at 16h20 you will be collected & transferred to The House of Waine where you will stay for 2 nights in the family suite including breakfast. 

Day 5   
Today you will have the option to visit the Daphney Sheldrick elephant orphanage at 11h00, followed by lunch and an optional visit to the giraffe centre.  The children will have the opportunity to feed the giraffes and learn about what happens to orphaned elephants in Kenya.

Day 6   
After an early breakfast you will be transferred to the Nairobi airport for Kenyan Airways flight KQ722 departing Nairobi for Lilongwe at 08h25.
   
On arrival in Lilongwe at 09h35 you will clear immigration, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrivals hall where you will be met by our local representative who will assist you with your hire car arrangements.

You will then drive north to Lake Malawi (you will receive full driving instructions), heading to Pumualani where you will spend your last six nights in the Family Villa (2 bedroom), with all meals, local drinks and selected activities included.

Activities included at Pumulani - snorkeling, fishing, sailing, nature and village walks, sunset cruises on the dhow and kayaking. Other activities available (payable locally) are scuba diving and motorized water sports (waterskiing, fun tube, picnic tours)- something for the whole family!

Day 12   
After breakfast you will drive back to Lilongwe International airport, drop off your hire vehicle and check-in for the Kenya Airways flight KQ 724 departing for Nairobi at 13h20.
   
On arrival at Nairobi JKIA Airport at 16h30 you will collect your luggage & check in for your British Airways flight BA 64 departing 23h40 for London Heathrow.

From £2,967 per adult plus £618 for international and internal flights

From £2,386 per child under 12-18 plus £618 for international and internal flights

From £2,226 per child under 11 plus £522 for international and internal flights
