Le Saint Geran

Le Saint Geran is nestled in a coconut grove on a sixty acre private peninsular reaching out into the sea midway up the east coast of Mauritius. It is an area of flourishing plants and tropical trees, with white sand beaches lining the peninsula and beautiful views over the azure lagoon.

Named after the Saint Geran shipwreck nearby, this luxurious hotel has an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. There are 181 butler serviced suites, all air-conditioned with digital televisions, CD and DVD entertainment systems, en-suite bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the ocean or lagoon. The spacious junior suites have a sitting area and large bathroom, whilst the ocean suites have a bedroom and separate sitting room opening onto a private terrace. A two bedroom villa is also available.

There is an eye-catching swimming pool and for some serious indulgence, the luxurious Givenchy Spa offers numerous beauty treatments, massages and therapies. A wealth of sporting activities exist. There are five tennis courts and a 9-hole Gary Player golf course, and you can also try your hand at basketball, badminton, beach volleyball or pony riding. Watersports include kayaking, pedalos, snorkelling and water skiing, and there is PADI approved diving.

Two children's clubs - 'Kids-Only' for 4 to 11 year olds and 'Club-One' for 12 to 18 year olds - keep youngsters occupied with watersports, learning to Sega dance, horse-riding and exploring the lagoon for tropical fish.
