Gorilla's Nest Lodge

Gorilla's Nest Lodge is a secluded little retreat, which is only five minutes from the Park Headquartes.

This makes it a wonderfully convenient and very popular place to stay, as you will go the the Headquarters at 8am, have an introductory meeting and then go trekking and see the gorillas.

The lodge is comfortable and well constructed, with bright and spacious rooms which are ensuite with a shower, hot water and a telephone. The rooms are within a circle of the Eucalyptus forest and all the rooms are surrounding a large courtyard. There is a large restaurant, which has a bar and a reception area.

The lodge has a traditional Rwandese style and is easy to use and simple rather than more luxurious.

There is also a 9 hole basic golf course if you feel like a game, whilst you are here!
