South Africa’s best snorkelling and scuba diving can be experienced in this scenic area. There are fantastic opportunities for turtle tracking (mid-November to mid March) and excellent fishing all year round. There are also excellent bird watching opportunities and guided explorations of the stunning surrounding countryside. Guests can experience local culture by visiting a traditional Thongan homestead or simply relax on one of the many idyllic beaches.
