Etali is a private property and one of the few in the reserve which does not have a fence around it, thereby allowing the game to come very near as you sit on the deck looking out across their private water-hole.

Etali Safari Lodge has 8 thatched suites spaced a good distance apart, each with a deck and private whirlpool, big beds, crisp linen and stylish decor.

The main lodge is hewn from rugged indigenous stone, thatch and wood, and has a pool and outdoor gym. Between game drives, their state of the art Wellness Centre offers sensual treatments that include massages, hot-stone therapy and a unique reflexology walkway.

Cooling off in the splendid outdoor whirlpool, sipping a cocktail as you watch the breathtaking African sunset on your own deck is the ultimate indulgence. Nothing beats a long, lingering shower taken in the inside/outside showers with only a bird or little antelope as audience. 

Enjoy two game drives per day with experienced guides, plus excellent food cooked by the in-lodge chef.
