L'Auberge Chanteclair

L’Auberge Chanteclair is set in the Franschhoek valley with panoramic views of the vineyards, mountains and valley. The Victorian farmhouse, with its lofty ceilings and light and airy rooms set in wonderful landscaped gardens amongst spreading oak and jacaranda trees, has a very special ambience. L’Auberge Chanteclair boasts a fantastic pool and a tranquil lake to relax by.

All rooms have en-suite facilities, bar fridges and tea and coffee making facilities, some with fireplaces and others their own private patio.

Franschhoek is ideally situated for all of the Western Cape wine routes and is just under the hour from the centre of Cape Town. This makes Franschhoek an excellent base to explore the Western Cape and to retire in the evenings to L’Auberge Chanteclair’s renowned hospitality.

There are five separate suites. Jacaranda is a king suite with a large fireplace and lounge area. The Studio is a queen suite with en suite bathroom, private patio and lounge. Syringa is a newly refurbished king / twin with private patio overlooking the pool and garden. Vine Cottage has its own patio overlooking the vineyards with a twin / queen bedroom, and Cork Oak is a king / twin suite with garden access overlooking the vines.
