The Islands of Siankaba comprises of two forested sand islands on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River, located 24 miles upstream from the mighty Victoria Falls and just 30 miles from the magnificent Chobe National Park in Botswana.

The Islands of Siankaba is a luxurious lodge, exclusively sleeping just fourteen guests. The principle guest amenities (dining room, lounge, bar and swimming pool) are located on the larger island whilst the seven guest chalets are situated on the smaller island overlooking the river towards the game reserve on the southern bank.

The two islands are linked by a series of suspension bridges and overhead walkways in the tree canopy. The uniquely designed chalets are constructed of teak and custom-made canvas tenting and are raised well above ground levels in the tree canopy with private balconies overlooking the river.

The Honeymoon chalet boasts its own garden decking with stunning views across the Zambezi River with loungers provided in the shade of its pergola - private meals are taken upon request for this chalet and set up on the decking overhanging the river and ‘breakfast in bed’ is offered as standard.

Activities at Islands of Siankaba include guided birding and tree walks, guided fishing trips for the elusive Zambezi Tigerfish, Sunset River cruises, Makoro ‘local dug out canoe’ trips amongst the islands, guided village walk to the local school and an In house masseur will perform a range of massage treatments in the privacy of guests own rooms.
