The Zambezi Sun is a two hundred roomed resort style hotel situated right on the banks of the Zambezi with direct views towards Victoria Falls which are only a short walk away. The air conditioned rooms are built in low two storey blocks around the edge of the grounds, with a swimming pool, restaurant and bar in the centre. The rooms are all air-conditioned, with satellite television and full en-suite facilities. Most of the rooms have fold out sofa-beds for families wishing to share a room.

The hotel architecture has been designed to blend in with the surrounding bush, but the earthen orange colour of all the buildings succeeds in doing exactly the opposite.
