It sleeps eight in four large en-suite bedrooms and has a spectacular open-plan living area overlooking a plunge pool and private dining terrace with each bedroom having a style of its own. Extra large beds, both king size or twin fit into each room under one mosquito net. There is a wooden ceiling fan inside each net. The beds have all been designed differently, from two poster beds to beds suspended by chains from the roof. The wooden terrace - with large dining table, leather sofa and hanging chair - is suspended between giant ebony trees. Beneath it is a seasonal lagoon where families of elephants come to bathe.
Evenings are spent dining al fresco after long sundowners on the terrace, reflecting on the day’s safari by boat, canoe, over land or on foot and making plans for the next.
With its own dedicated team of chefs, waiters and safari guides, the house offers five-star pampering and a guarantee of total privacy - plus supervised activities and child minding can be arranged. The minimum age for children is seven.
