Luangwa Bush Camping is camping and walking in the Nsefu Sector of the South Luangwa National Park, in the game rich riverine areas of the lagoons and woodlands that run along side the Luangwa River.

The Luangwa Valley, which marks the end of the Great Rift Valley, is one of the last unspoilt wilderness areas and possibly the finest wildlife sanctuary in Africa. It covers an area of over 9000 sq. km. through which the meandering Luangwa River runs.

This is a walking safari for 2-4 guests with a top guide (will take up to 6 for a private group) and includes "camping out" for 2 or 3 nights in big game country.

The tents are walk in tents, with mattresses on the ground, a shared bucket shower, and a short drop bush loo. Includes a full bar and food service.

Usually the night before and after the Luangwa Bush Camping, are spent at Tena Tena and / or Nsefu, so you will be walking between the camps.
