A 12 day safari and beach honeymoon is split between Zambia and Mauritius - an exciting safari in the Lower Zambezi Valley in Zambia, followed by rest, relaxation and romance on the famous Indian Ocean beaches of Mauritius. 

The first week includes a safari adventure in the enthralling, unspoilt, uncommercialised and off-the beaten track Lower Zambezi, home to a whole host of wildlife - lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, hippo and crocodile to name a few. ITINERARY

Day 1
This evening you will get catch the overnight British Airways flight from London 19h05 to Lusaka (departures from regional airports are also possible).

Day 2
On arrival at 06h35 into Lusaka airport, you will catch a light aircraft flight (approx ¾ hr), direct to the Lower Zambezi.

On arrival in the Lower Zambezi, you will be met and transferred to Royal Zambezi Lodge, where you will stay for four nights in a Classic Suite, inclusive of all meals, non-alcholic drinks and all game viewing activities.

Day 3, 4 and 5
Three full days in the Zambezi Valley. Activities include: game drives, bush walks, boat cruises, fishing for the famous tiger fish, as well as many other types of fish, and canoeing down the might Zambezi, or one of its smaller tributaries.

Day 6
This morning you will be transferred back to the Royal airstrip for the light aircraft flight to Lusaka (approx ¾ hr). On arrival into Lusaka you will catch the South African Airways flight departing 09h00 for Mauritius (this flight goes via Johannesburg). On arrival at 19h15 into Mauritius, you will be met by our ground agents on the island and transferred to Le Prince Maurice, where you will stay for the next seven nights in an Junior Suite, with breakfast and dinner included.

Day 7 to 12
Six full days to relax, soak up the sun and take part in any snorkelling or watersports on offer at the hotel.

Day 13
After breakfast, you will be transferred back to the airport for the British Airways flight departing 09h30 for London. Arrive into London Heathrow at 18h40.
